I too adore my viola. It is called Jeff. Occasionally we have conversations over difficult pieces.

Change is a facinating thing -- there is a quote by Aristotle: 'Time crumbles things; everything grows old under the power of Time and is forgotten through the lapse of Time.' Rather depressing, really, but appropirate. Time makes us older, which causes us to change. :)
